I can take the weight of technology off your shoulders.  You don't have to feel stressed when a problem comes up.  You don't have to worry about crawling under a desk to unplug your equipment.  You don't have to drive to Charlotte, Florence or anywhere to drop your computer off.  I am here to make your experience with technology seamless and easy.

Above and beyond
I believe in going above and beyond typical computer service.  Here are just a few examples of what we do to go above and beyond for every customer.
  • Create shortcuts for the applications and websites that you use.
  • Make sure you can log in to all your favorite websites (ex. Facebook and email)  
  • Make sure your devices can connect to your wireless network.
  • Install your printer/copier/scanner and make sure you know how to use each function
  • Clean up cables and help dispose of old equipment if needed
  • Recommend and sometimes help with purchasing technology with your money.  Like a personal shopper.

Education
My goal while helping you is to always educate and help you help yourself going forward.  As we are setting up your computer or resolving your issues, I encourage you to ask all the questions that you want.  I will try to answer in a way that is easiest to understand.  We can even schedule an appointment for one on one training session or just to answer your technology questions.  For customers that have trouble remembering or understanding how to do something, I can type up directions and include pictures.  Working with Chad Deason In-Home Computer Service can be a learning experience in addition to just getting your computer fixed.

Honest and upfront
I will always be honest and upfront with you.  One of my first goals is to determine if you even need me to begin with.  I don't want you or anyone to waste their money.  Money is too hard to come by these days.  When you first call me, I like to ask questions to determine your needs. I first try to help over the phone to avoid an expense altogether. ​
