About remote support
Thank you so much for considering Chad Deason In-Home Computer Service for providing remote services. Here are a few things you should know about remote support.
- In case you don't know me, I live in Pageland, SC and my native language is English. I am very easy to get along with and very patient.
- Remote support can be easy and more efficient for both you and I. Neither one of us have to leave the house. You don't have to crawl under a desk to disconnect cables and you don't have to lug your computer to the local computer shop or wait on a house call.
- Not everything can be fixed remotely. I will let you know upfront if I think it would be better to have someone resolve your issue in person. I personally offer house calls in Chesterfield County, SC if you need someone to come onsite. Most important: If you can't get on the internet, I will not be able to provide remote support.
